How am I billed?

Monthly or yearly, in US dollars. Annual plans cost less: Basic is $90/yr (save 25%) and Premium $170/yr (save 29%). Checkout and receipts are handled securely by Lemon Squeezy. One plan covers both Mac and Windows.
What is the Event Pass?

A one-time $12 payment for 3 days of Premium, with no subscription and nothing to cancel. It is for accounts without an active plan, and it runs out on its own. Buy another and the days stack.
Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, from your account or by emailing zoniixyt@gmail.com. Billing stops straight away; your paid features stay on until the end of the month or year you paid for, then you’re back on Free. No penalty, and you can come back later.
Do you give refunds?

Sales are final, which is why Free has no watermark or time limit: try your own footage first. We do refund duplicate or accidental charges, and a plan we can’t get working for you. Details are in the Refund Policy.
Do I need an account?

Not for Free. You only create an account to buy Basic or Premium, then sign in once in the app to unlock it.
Do I need a subscription to export?
+
On desktop, no. GaugeReel Free is an ongoing $0 plan, with no account, watermark or time limit. The browser editor requires an account and active Premium access. Import supported data, choose Free gauges and styles, and export a transparent PNG sequence or chroma-key MP4 within the Free dimension and frame-rate limits. A paid plan adds full gauge styling, transparent video export (MOV/WebM), burning the gauges straight into your video and more of the gauge catalogue, and you can change or cancel plans at any time.
What can I export?

Free includes transparent PNG sequences and chroma-key MP4 at up to 1920 × 1080 in either orientation (so 1080 × 1920 vertical for Reels and Shorts works) and 30 fps. Basic adds transparent ProRes 4444 MOV and VP9 WebM at the same dimensions and up to 60 fps, plus burn-in export (gauges composited onto your video as H.264 MP4 or ProRes 422 HQ MOV, audio kept). Premium adds higher dimensions and frame rates plus Send to Resolve. PNG and alpha video carry transparency; MP4 requires chroma keying in your editor. GPU hardware encoding is available on every tier.

GaugeReel’s desktop app runs on Windows and macOS, with Linux coming soon. Active Premium monthly and annual plans also include the browser editor on desktop and mobile, with no installation. One subscription covers desktop and web.
