Privacy Policy

Your video files, telemetry files (GPX, FIT, GoPro GPMF) and rendered overlays are processed locally by the desktop app. We do not upload, access or store them.

• Account data: your email address, name, the username you choose, and a hashed password if you sign up with one.
• Sign in with Google: if you choose it, Google shares your name, email address, and profile picture with us. We use them only to create and sign in to your GaugeReel account. We do not access your Gmail, Drive, contacts, or any other Google data, and we do not receive your Google password.
• Subscription data: your plan, subscription status and renewal dates. Payments are handled by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy; we never see or store your card details.
• Published profiles: overlay profiles you choose to publish to the public gallery, with your username.
• Technical data: sign-in sessions (with IP address and browser user agent) and basic request logs, used for security and abuse prevention.
• Usage analytics: this website uses Google Analytics to count visits and downloads. The desktop app may send anonymous feature-usage events that are not linked to your account.

To create and secure your account, issue and verify your license, process your subscription, send transactional email such as password resets, and understand which features are used so we can improve GaugeReel. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Cloudflare (hosting, database and email delivery), Lemon Squeezy (payments and subscriptions), Google (optional sign-in and website analytics). Each handles data only as needed to provide its service to us.

We keep account data while your account exists. Expired sessions and anonymous usage events are pruned automatically. To delete your account and its data, email zoniixyt@gmail.com from the address on the account. Billing records may be kept longer where the law requires.
